Finding a house is HARD. Anna made it much easier. We must have looked at a hundred, and she always showed up early, ready to go. When I wanted to give up, she talked me down and kept me in the game. She made suggestions for pricing and such, so my offers were competitive but not wasteful. We finally closed!! As a recent example, there was an issue on a matter involving the condition of the house. The client wanted the Seller to take certain measures that the Seller was not willing to do. I have had the pleasure of knowing him professionally and as a friend for 15 years. Scrolling through his Google “reviews” it is evident that there are several totally irrelevant, slanderous , downright childish Google reviews posted. If you have had or received poor service I get it , it deserves to be known that way the owner can get constructive feedback and the business can improve on what was expressed. However, If you are permitted to name call or post uneducated comments about a business that is obvious the poster has never even personally experienced - to be able to give a business a poor star rating is false advertising and lying! These unfounded slanderous reviews are bringing down hard earned and well deserved ratings from business and can potentially falsely influence their potential customers! If this Google Review feature is left unmonitored fewer and fewer people (myself included)will stop trusting Google once realizing the skewed review system you employ.

Yes, folks, based on our experience, that is true.We consider ourselves very fortunate that we had the privilege of having Anthony as the listing and selling agent for our house of 16 years in Loudonville, NY 12211. Anthony Gucciardo came recommended by friends who were pleased with a house he sold for them. Before choosing him to sell our Guilderland home of 22+ years, we interviewed another realtor local to the area who boasts of buying homes if he can't sell them. I first saw Anthony Gucciardo on his Real Estate Today TV program. I was trying to get some sound advice on how to sell our first little starter home we lived in for over 25 yrs. I was really impressed with his vast knowledge and ease for explaining things to a laymen with no prior experience in selling a home. I took a lot of notes and off I went. After getting some other agents to look at our home, I was not completely aligned with what they had to say, so I decided to have Anthony come take a look too and see what he thought. When I first spoke with him I felt a very comfortable rapphor. On the day of my apt. he was on time, dressed professional and ready to tell me what he thought of our home.
