My name is Basmattie but I go by Sonya. I’ve been living in the Capital Region for over a decade after migrating from Guyana , South America.

After purchasing my home right here in the capital region , I’ve realize that there’s a lack of dedication and communication with agents in this industry. And that’s why I became a Realtor, to do work that matters, meaningful, impactful and to help others find their dream home!

Apart from being a Realtor ,I’m also a certified medical coder and business owner which was all built on dedication, effective communication, determination and most of all Trust, so rest assured I will listen to you with an understanding of your wants and needs.

I’m specialize as a buyers agent in Schenectady County. Apart from doing Real Estate I enjoy going on adventures with my family and karaoke.
