As the Operations Manager at Gucciardo Real Estate Group, Alex Barvoets plays a key role in overseeing the company’s daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and strategic efficiency across the board. With a sharp focus on commercial real estate, Alex has been actively involved in numerous multimillion-dollar multifamily transactions throughout the Capital Region, bringing expert insight and a results-driven mindset to every deal.

A lifelong resident of the Latham–Loudonville area, Alex combines his deep local knowledge with a strong background in real estate investment. His familiarity with the market, combined with hands-on experience, makes him a valuable resource for investors and clients alike.

Alex is a graduate of the North Colonie school district and holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts/ Economics from Siena College. Outside of real estate, he enjoys staying fit, active, and spending time with his growing family. Recently married and a proud new father, Alex continues to stay rooted in the community he calls home while helping others find their place in it.
