Jim brings with him more than 30 years of professional insurance sales and private real estate investment experience, including the remodeling of over 20 homes in Bethlehem, along with a deep connection to the Bethlehem/Delmar community. His extensive construction and real estate background make him the perfect person to guide and assist clients in their real estate transactions.

In his very first month in real estate, Jim has already secured five listings and is on track to be a strong contender for Rookie of the Year.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Jim is well known locally as the owner of a successful tree nursery for more than 40 years, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted and respected professional.
