Michael Gucciardo brings a unique blend of creativity, dedication, and local expertise to the Capital Region real estate market. Residing on the scenic shores of Saratoga Lake, Michael has spent the past five years building a successful career alongside his brother, Anthony, helping clients achieve their real estate dreams.

Before entering real estate, Michael was a SAG-AFTRA actor with credits in several feature films and popular television shows. He has appeared regularly on programs such as Law & Order and, most recently, in The Devil Wears Prada as Meryl Streep’s driver. This background sharpened his communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

While Anthony is known for his more serious, business-first style, Michael offers a refreshingly approachable energy. He can just as easily share a laugh with a school custodian as he can negotiate with billion-dollar property owners in Saratoga—always making clients feel comfortable, valued, and understood.

Since joining forces with Anthony after the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael has found particular success working with investors and first-time home buyers. Known for his effortless rapport, sharp negotiating skills, and commitment to client satisfaction, he continues to make his mark as a trusted advisor in one of New York’s most competitive markets.
